Directions

1. Blanch the beans in boiling water for 2 minutes, then quickly immerse in ice water to stop the cooking and set the bright green color. Drain well 2. Heat butter and olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for a couple minutes, making sure it doesn’t burn. Add the drained Euro Beans and sauté until warmed (about 5 minutes) 3. Serve immediately tossed with fresh herbs. Season with salt and pepper

Cooking Tips

Other greenhouse vegetables can be added to the mix during the sautéing. Consider adding diced or julienne-cut Sweet Rainbow Peppers or halved Mini Mixers® tomatoes.
