- Using a vegetable peeler, slice the cucumber lengthwise into 6 thin slices; place in a single layer on a plate.
- Cut ham and cheese into long slices.
- Lay ham strips on top of the cucumber covering the slice, top with cheese slices.
- Starting at one end of the cucumber, roll it into a tight spiral; secure with a toothpick.
Cooking Tips
After slicing the cucumber into thin slices, place on a paper towel for a few seconds to remove some of the water from the cucumber.
