For the Crust
- Whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder and salt. Add in the maple syrup and coconut oil, whisk until a crumbly dough forms.
- Roll the dough and cut into 12 small circles. A round cookie cutter, or even a glass will work. Carefully transfer to a shallow muffin or tart pan.
- Use a fork and pierce the dough all over.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 15 minutes. You will smell the crust too.
- In a blender, combine the cream cheese, maple syrup, and 6 strawberries to create a smooth filling.
- Spread into an even layer in the tart crusts.
- Decorate your tart with strawberries and basil microgreens.
