Directions
- Prepare pizza dough and press into parchment paper lined cookie sheet making a rectangle
- Spread pesto on dough leaving ¼” seam
- Cut Brie into slices and arrange on dough then layer strawberries, pistachios and red onions evenly distributed on the pizza
- bake at 400 degree for 15- 20 minutes
- remove from oven, sprinkle basil and drizzle balsamic glaze over cooked pizza
- Let set for 5 minutes then cut into squares and serve
Cooking Tips
Let the brie sit at room temperature while you prepare your other ingredients so it will spread easier. be adventurous with the toppings or try Strawberry Brushcetta as the topping for the pizza.
