  1. Combine room temperature whipped cream cheese and chocolate hazelnut spread in a small bowl
  2. Combine diced berries and chopped mint in another bowl
  3. Spread approximately 2 teaspoons of chocolate hazelnut mix on each Melba toast
  4. Top with 1 large tablespoon of berry mixture
  5. Serve right away on a large platter garnished with strawberries

Cooking Tips

Although this is best served immediately, the bruschetta will hold well at room temperature for up to 2 hours. The spread also tastes delicious on a toasted bagel.
