  1. Preheat oven to 375° F. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and shredded cheese until smoothened.
  2. Roll out the crescent rolls and cut into long thin pieces.
  3. Fill each mini sweet pepper with the cheese mixture.
  4. Wrap each sweet treat in the dough circling around the pepper like a mummy, leaving a space for the eyes.
  5. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven when golden and press the eyes into the cheese where the opening is.

Goes great with dips, like tomato sauce.
