I authorize Del Fresco Produce Ltd., (the “Company”) to use and publish photographs taken of me or by me, my name, my product reviews, my recipes, my likeness and any other content I submit to Del Fresco Produce Ltd., subject to this release (collectively, “My Impressions”) in the print, online and video-based marketing materials and other publications of the Company (the “Marketing Materials”).
I acknowledge that I will not receive financial compensation of any kind whatsoever in exchange for, or associated with, My Impressions or their inclusion in the Marketing Materials.
I waive any right I may have to inspect or approve My Impressions and/or the Marketing Materials. I further waive any claims, damages or liability arising from or related to the Company’s use of My Impressions and/or the Marketing Materials.
I release the Company from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with My Impressions. I further release the Company, its employees, officers, directors, stockholders, contractors and affiliates, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of the Marketing Materials, from liability for any claims, damages or liability arising from or related to the Company’s use of My Impressions.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have executed this Photograph Release Form by: (1) signing this form; (2) submitting My Impressions to the Company explicitly subject to the terms of this release; (3) accepting this form electronically; or (4) taking any other action that explicitly subjects My Impression to the terms of this release.
