- Brew green tea and place it in the fridge to cool completely.
- Chop the Mini Crunchers® and add them to a blender with mint leaves and water. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the cucumber mint mixture into a glass.
- Combine the lemon juice and honey in the glass and stir well to combine.
- Fill the glass with ice and pour the chilled green tea over top.
- Top with sparkling water if desired.
- Garnish with cucumber, mint and enjoy!

If your honey is thick, stir it into the tea while it’s still slightly warm so it dissolves evenly.
