- In a large bowl combine 2 sweet rainbow peppers, flaky salt to taste olive oil and stir until peppers are evenly coated.
- Cut the heirloom tomatoes, basil, and parsley into small pieces, place them into another bowl and combine with olive oil and flaky salt until the tomatoes are evenly coated.
- Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
- Using a fork, gently add the tomato mixture, the pepper mixture, and the mozzarella cheese onto the pizza dough and ensure the dough is evenly coated.
- Place the dough in the preheated oven for 15 minutes at 450°F.
