  1. Heat up your oil in a Dutch oven and then add onions and garlic, cook until fragrant and slightly browned.
  2. Brown your stewing beef in the Dutch oven for 5 - 7 minutes until slightly browned then add all seasonings.
  3. Add your beef broth, stir and then add all of your chopped vegetables.
  4. Let it come to a boil, turn down to low and then cover with your lid and let simmer for 2.5 hours or until all of your veggies are cooked to your liking.
  5. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and a dash of red wine vinegar. Enjoy!
