Directions
- Stack tortillas on top of eachother, wrap them in aluminum foil and place them in the oven at 350°F for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl combine chopped Sweetreats®, The Original Cherry Tomatoes on the Vine® , cilantro, olive oil, red wine vinegar and mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl combine shrimp, olive oil, seasoning and mix until combined.
- Warm butter in a pan on medium high heat, place the shrimp in the pan, cook until light pink stirring frequently.
- After the shrimp is finished cooking and has cooled place them on a cutting board and cut them into smaller bite - sized pieces.
- Remove the tortillas out of the oven and place the shrimp inside.
- Garnish the tacos with the salsa mixture and enjoy!
Cooking Tips
Pat the shrimp dry before seasoning to help them sear instead of steam, giving them better color and flavor.
