Muddle 4-6 Del Fresco Pure® The Original Cherry Tomatoes on the Vine® and strain liquid into a cocktail shaker.
Add vodka, champagne vinegar, freshly squeezed lemon juice, simple syrup, and ice to the cocktail shaker and shake well.
Line the rim of a cocktail glass with lemon juice and salt. Pour the drink into the glass over ice.
Add another cherry tomato for garnish, if desired. Enjoy!
