- Finely chop the cabbage, Mini Crunchers®, onion chives and place them into a large bowl.
- Place avocado, spinach, dill, basil, parsley, lemon juice, olive oil and red wine vinegar into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad.
- Toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Garnish with The Original Cherry Tomatoes on the Vine®.
- Chill for 15 minutes before serving and enjoy!
