- On a cutting board, slice off strawberry stem
- Cut the top third of the strawberry and save it for the hat
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla
- Place creamed mixture inside a zip bag and snip off one corner
- Fill strawberry base with cream mix, top with the strawberry hats and squeeze additional mix on top
- Snip other corner of bag. Use to decorate “Santa’s” jacket buttons
- Use mini chocolate chips for “Santa’s” eyes. Serve immediately
