- In a large bowl, combine the two cabbages and green onion. Mix well with salad dressing. We used ½ cup dressing, but add enough to suit your taste. Refrigerate for at least one hour but no longer than 3 hours.
- When ready to serve, add the strawberries, pecans and mint.
